[802.3_EFMP] Reminder: Next Ethernet FMP Interoperability (EFMP) Study Group Meeting

EFMP Reflector Subscribers,

Here is a reminder of the next EFMP Study Group meeting. The study group next meets at these coordinates:

Meeting:    Hybrid Interim Study Group Meeting
In Person at Marriott Munich - Munich, Germany
                  Remote participation via Webex
REGISTRATION FEES APPLY FOR BOTH IN-PERSON & REMOTE PARTICIPATION
      Date:       13 MAY 2026
      Time:       1:15PM - 6:00PM CEST (Munich) / 6:15AM - 11:00AM CDT (US)

The study group seeks contributions for this meeting to help complete our draft PAR and draft CSD responses. In the last ad hoc meeting, the study group identified these areas as needing contributions:

Please let me know by end of day tomorrow, 05May2026, if you wish to offer a contribution. I need your contribution in PDF form by 6pm CDT, Thursday 07May2026 to allow time to post contributions to the EFMP SG web page. Mindful of the fact that many members download materials to review on their flight to the meeting venue, I must adhere to this date. I will still accept later contributions if you can’t comply with these deadlines. However, late presentations are heard at the discretion of the study group.

During the next meeting, the study group will approve the minutes of the last two study group meetings. Please review them ahead of time. The minutes may be found at these URL(s).
For your convenience, the most current working draft of the PAR responses is located at this URL, https://www.ieee802.org/3/EFMP/public/260428/PAR_EFMPSG_01a_20260428.pdf.
The working draft of the most current draft of the CSD responses is located at this URL, https://www.ieee802.org/3/EFMP/public/260428/CSD_EFMPSG_01a_20260428.pdf.

Thank you for your support of this study group. I look forward to seeing you in our next meeting.

Best Regards,
Bob
