Dear Colleagues,
I am announcing two electronic Interim meetings of the EFMP Study Group. The EFMP SG meets on 28May2026 from 1300 EDT to 1500EDT. I'm also planning a contingent Electronic Interim meeting of the EFMP Study Group on 10Jun2026 from 1000 EDT to 1200 EDT. Invitations
will be sent for both meetings but, should the study group complete our business during the 28May session, I will cancel the 10Jun meeting.
As stated in the 13May2026 hybrid Interim meeting of the EFMP Study Group, our goal is to submit our draft PAR and CSD responses for consideration by the IEEE 802 LMSC Executive Committee during the IEEE 802 Plenary Week, 12Jul2026 to 17Jul2026. IEEE 802 rules
require submittal of these documents thirty (30) days prior to the start of the plenary session. Compliance with this submittal deadline requires the EFMP SG to transmit these documents on or before 12Jun2026.
Goals for the interim(s) are as follows:

Review and make final edits to draft PAR and CSD responses

Conduct a ballot among study group members to approve the draft PAR and CSD responses for consideration by the IEEE 802 LMSC Executive Committee during the July 2026 IEEE 802 Plenary week.

Discuss and formulate a set of basic objectives (optional)
Meeting invitations will be sent to the EFMP SG reflector, STDS-802-3-EFMP, and the IEEE 802.3 Call & Meeting Calendar,
