[802.3_EPLCA] Ad Hoc Meeting on October 1 and October 22nd (Thursdays) 2026 Announcement.

Dear Colleagues,

As agreed in the September 802.3 Interim, we will hold ad hoc on

7 am PDT/USA, Thursday October 1, 2026, up to 120 minutes duration

7 am PDT/USA, Thursday October 22, 2026, up to 120 minutes duration

Both of these meetings are on 802.3 calendar found here https://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html

Objectives for both meeting are to make progress on objectives and any other work in support of project documentations.   Agenda will be posted once contributions are firm.

Presentation request should be made to the pro tem chair by Friday September 25th 2026 (AoE), and presentation should be sent by Tuesday September 29th, 2026 (AoE) for the October 1st ad hoc meeting.

Presentation request should be made by Friday October 16th, 2026, and presentation should be sent by Tuesday October 20th, 2026 (AoE) for the October 22nd ad hoc meeting.

Presentation may be in support of any of CSD/5 criteria, Objectives, and PAR.  Or other technical presentations that may help the Task Force's work (without relative merits and selection discussions),
