Dear Colleagues,

Hearing no discussion on the PAR draft -- text comparison between the
PDT/PPT (as presented and adopted in September) and the IEEE-SA PAR
form, I posted the draft IEEE-SA PAR form as adopted draft PAR. Please

We'll continue to refin draft project documentations, PAR, CSD, and
Objectives during the ad hoc meetings and also during the plenary
meeting week.
