[802.3_GEPOF] Dec 7 TF meeting
Colleagues:
We will be meeting on Dec 7th to resolve comments on P802.3bv/D3.2. The 10 comments with proposed resolutions are posted to the TF web site (http://www.ieee802.org/3/bv/comments/index.html) as previously announced.
If you are attending ISO TC22 SC32, the current plan is that you can stay in the same room for P802.3bv comment resolution. (Will update if that changes.)
If you would like to attend in person but are not attending the ISO TC22 SC32 meeting, please register that you will be attending by sending an email to bob.grow@xxxxxxxx.
If you would like to attend electronically, please send an email to bob.grow@xxxxxxxx to receive the teleconference access information.
IMPORTANT (if you are attending the meeting either electronically or in person), please do these two things before the meeting:
1. Please review the Agenda slide set for the meeting (http://www.ieee802.org/3/bv/public/Dec_2016/agenda_3bv_1_1216.pdf). This will be familiar to regular attendees. If you are not familiar with the IEEE patent policy, please read slides 20-23 in that agenda presentation. This will save time for the administrative matters associated with a meeting.
2. Please review the proposed D3.2 comment responses (http://www.ieee802.org/3/bv/comments/index.html). This will enable us to get the business done efficiently.
