Thank you for all the comments on Clause 201 and for the hard work to help close them.

Please take a look at Column K of the attached Excel file. I have marked with an “X” the comments that need additional attention. These are comments for which we either:

do not yet have consensus,
withdrew or rejected the comment due to insufficient technical detail, or
need additional supporting material and/or text updates (e.g., rewriting the introduction or adding auto-negotiation details).

Please let me know if there are any other comments you think should be added to this list. Once we finalize it, I will send a follow-up email grouping the items and outlining the required next steps.
