Dear Colleagues,

Mabud and I wish to apologize for the fact that the Call for Contributions from the 802.3cm Secretary (from Mabud, see below) did not make it to the Reflector last week, due to an automated restrictive notice added to the email by a company email system.

In light of that, I am extending the deadline for requesting presentation time FROM Tuesday 7/2 11:59pm AOE TO Wednesday 7/3 11:59pm AOE.

Please note the following:

• Contributions are welcome which directly address In-Scope comments against D2.1. (Please refer to comment ID number in the title of the contribution.)
• In-scope comments are those a) against changes made to D2.0 during comment resolution in Salt Lake City and b) unsatisfied comments from D2.0 comment resolution carried forward against D2.1
• Contributions are welcome which bring forward new material not previously considered by the Task Force.

Deadlines for Requesting Agenda Time and Submitting Presentations for July Vienna Plenary TF Meeting

• Deadlines

• The presenter shall request time by TUESDAY, JULY 2^nd, 2019 11:59pm (AoE). Requests shall be submitted by sending an email to the Chair, rlingle@xxxxxxxxxxxxx 
• The presenter shall submit a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation, by e-mailing it to the Chair, rlingle@xxxxxxxxxxxxx . This shall be done by TUESDAY, JULY 9^th, 2019 11:59pm (AoE) for publication to the IEEE 802.3 400 Gb/s over Multimode Fiber Task Force web site.
