[802.3_OMEGA] Fwd: [802.3_DIALOG] [802-ALL] Regarding IEEE 802 November 2021 Plenary Session -- Will be Electronic

The 802.3 executive secretary Steve Carlson has requested we read the below message from the 802 Chair, Paul Nikolich carefully. The November physical plenary has been cancelled and a virtual plenary will be held in its place. As in July, there will be registration and payment of a meeting fee to participate.
 
The IEEE 802.3 meeting information webpage will be updated to reflect this shortly.

Dear IEEE 802 LMSC Participants,
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the IEEE 802 November 2021 Plenary Session will be
held exclusively electronically.
 
The registration fee structure will be USD$50 payable at least 15 days prior (21 Oct 2021) to
the start of IEEE 802 Nov 2021 Plenary Session and USD$75 thereafter until the start of the IEEE
802 Nov 2021 Plenary Session, and USD$125 thereafter. 
Attendance at any meeting held during or as part of the Nov 2021 Plenary Session requires registering and paying the appropriate fee, which will cover all meetings during the Nov 2021 Plenary Session. Details on how to register can be found http://802world.org/plenary/.
 
For the Nov 2021 Plenary Session the opening 802 Executive Committee meeting will be held
20:00 to 22:00 UTC (3-5pm ET) Friday 05 Nov 2021, and the closing 802 Executive Committee
meeting will be held 18:00-22:00 UTC (2-6pm ET) Friday 19 Nov 2021.
 
Details when the days/times of the specific WG and TAG meetings will be provided by the
respective group chairs, and can be found on the IEEE 802 and subgroup calendar: https://ieee802.org/802tele_calendar.html
