Colleagues,

 

The IEEE 802 Executive Committee voted on December 7 to hold the March 2022 plenary as a virtual-only session. The in-person meeting is cancelled.

 

Week of March 7 – 10 and March 14 – 17, 2022

The IEEE 802.3 March physical plenary has been CANCELLED due to COVID-19

All IEEE 802.3 Task Force, Study Groups and Ad Hocs will meet via teleconference

IEEE 802.3 Ethernet plenary and interim sessions     

 

Meeting fee structure:

 

Early:  Before 12:00 PM UTC, Friday, January 21, 2022

$US 75.00 for all attendees

 

Standard:  Before 12:00 PM UTC, Friday, February 25, 2022

$US 100.00 for all attendees

 

Late/On-site:  After 12:00 PM UTC, Friday, February 25, 2022

$US 150.00 for all attendees

 

Every attendee at any IEEE 802 virtual plenary meeting must register and pay a fee to participate.

If the individual is in arrears:


[1] The individual is not permitted to register for any future IEEE 802 Plenary or IEEE 802 Subgroup Interim (if registration is required).

 

[2] As a result of [1], the individual is not permitted to attend any portion of a technical meeting that is part of an IEEE 802 plenary session. They are also not permitted to attend any portion of a technical meeting that is part of an IEEE 802 Subgroup Interim if that IEEE 802 Subgroup Interim required registration.

 

We will forward the formal announcement with registration details from 802 when it’s available.
