The work of the IEEE P802.3ac VLAN TAG Task Force is now complete with the approval of IEEE 802.3ac-1998 at the September 1998 IEEE Standards Board meeting. IEEE 802.3ac-1998 is now published as part of the latest edition of 802.3 which is available for purchase from the IEEE.
