[802.3_NGAUTO] P802.3ch status

Colleagues,

The IEEE 802 Executive Committee approved the submission of our draft to
RevCom. RevCom has placed our project on the June 2, 2020 virtual meeting
agenda. The IEEE Standards Board will vote on approval on June 4, 2020.
