All Reminder – If you wish to present on 18 Aug -the presentation request deadline is 13 Aug. If you wish to present on 01 Sep -the presentation request deadline is 27 Aug. Meeting Date/ Time: 18 Aug, 10am to noon, ET Presentation Request Deadline: 13 Aug 2026 Submit Presentation Deadline: 17 Aug 2026, 3pm ET Meeting Date / Time: 01 Sept, 10am to noon, ET Presentation Request Deadline; 27 Aug 2026 Submit Presentation Deadline: 31 Aug 2026, 3pm ET The call details will be made available soon on the TF website at https://www.ieee802.org/3/dj/public/adhoc/178b/index.html or can be found on the IEEE call and meeting calendar at https://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html This meeting occurs after the close of the D3.2 recirculation. Presentations should address and aim to build consensus on any remaining open issues identified by comments against D3.2. The intention of the ad hoc meetings is to offer an opportunity to build consensus prior to D3.2 comment resolution which will happen at the IEEE P802.3dj TF Sept 2026 session. Presentations having multiple co-authors and multiple affiliations will be prioritized. As an ad hoc, no decisions (i.e. motions) will be made. However, we may conduct straw polls to test the group’s consensus on certain topics. Anyone wishing to present: email me the following information, per the due dates above: · Name of presenter · Affiliation of presenter · Title of presentation · Length of time requested (this should include time for questions and answers – presentation time, excluding Q&A, will be at the discretion of the chair, and should be assumed to be limited to 30 min) · Brief description of topic Requests without this information will be rejected. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me, Kent Lusted, Gary Nicholl and John D’Ambrosia in advance of the meeting, per the due dates above. All individuals submitting presentations should review the Procedures for Presenters Page: https://www.ieee802.org/3/dj/public/presentproc.html Please adhere to the Presentation Style Guidelines. Also, to support the web site search tool used by the IEEE P802.3 web site the 'Document Information' fields of the PDF file must be completed as follows: · Title: Title of presentation · Author: Name(s) of author(s) · Subject: IEEE P802.3dj Task Force Files that do not have the document information completed will be rejected. By choosing to attend this meeting, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be documented for IEEE standards development purposes to comply with policies and procedures, legal and accreditation requirements, and evaluation of patent claims by patent offices. IEEE must capture your personal data for these purposes, and will provide information about activities related to standards development groups in which you participate.
