[EFM-OAM] conference calls to progress draft

OAMers -

In order to ensure timely progression of the draft, we would like to 
have a few conference calls between now and and the comment submission 
deadline.

Kevin and I are suggesting Thursday AM pacific time, though we are open 
to moving the date/time if it more convenient for otherse.

So I'd like to hear back (reply to me or the group) about
  a) your interest in participating in the calls to help close out issues
  b) your availability for conference calls (which times are bad)

I'll send out an agenda for the call after I hear back on the interest, 
but I would like to have 3 calls between now and the comment submission 
deadline, and on each call address specific section(s) of draft 1.414.

All suggestions welcome.
