[802.3_DIALOG] IEEE P802.3.2 (IEEE 802.3.2a) Ethernet YANG Data Model Definitions (revision) 4th Standards Association recirculation ballot results

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that the 4th Standards Association recirculation ballot on the revision of IEEE P802.3.2 (IEEE 802.3.2a) Ethernet YANG Data Model Definitions closed successfully on 5 August 2025. The ballot received 100% approval and no comments were submitted.

As a result of this outcome, and the conditional approval granted during the July 2025 IEEE 802.3 closing plenary meeting, IEEE P802.3.2 (IEEE 802.3.2a) will remain on the agenda for the September 2025 IEEE SA Review Committee (RevCom) meeting.

The ballot statistics are:

  88 Voters
  69 Approve
   0 Disapprove 
   6 Abstain
  75 Ballots returned

  85% Response Rate (>= 75% required)
   8% Abstain Rate (< 30% required)
 100% Approval Rate (>= 75% required)
