* 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM in the Sala Thai Ballroom at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.

* Social Event Tickets: $USD 29.99 per ticket
* Reception with local cuisine, beverage service and entertainment scheduled for Wednesday November 11, 2026 between 6:30 and 8:30 PM in the Sala Thai Ballroom at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
* Full Refund: Cancellations received by September 18, 2026, will receive a full refund.
* Partial Refund: Cancellations received after September 18, 2026, and by October 30, 2026, will be charged a $150.00 Cancellation Fee.
* No Refund: Cancellations after October 30, 2026, will not be refunded.

Travel to Thailand

Entry Requirements and Documentation Applications
Upon arrival in Thailand, foreign citizens must hold a valid passport (with at least six months validity), a valid Thai visa, and proof of onward travel. Visitors from ASEAN, Western countries (including most Europeans), Commonwealth, and North American citizens,
are not required to have a Thai visa for visits less than 30 days in Thailand.

Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)
* The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is an online form designed to replace the traditional paper-based arrival card and facilitate the entry process for travelers to Thailand, regardless of their mode of transportation via land, air, or sea.
* All non-Thai nationals entering the Kingdom of Thailand are required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card online within 3 days of entry.
