A reminder that the Standard Registration and Cancellation Redund Deadline for the November 2026 IEEE 802 Plenary Session is October 30, 2026.

Event Details
* Dates: November 8-13, 2026
* Venue: Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, 199 Sukhumvit Alley 22, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand
* Participation Opportunities: In-Person and Virtual
* Participating Working Groups: 802.1, 802.3, 802.11, 802.15, 802.18, 802.19, 802.24

Registration Fees:
* Standard: $USD 900.00 after September 18 until October 30, 2026
* Late: $USD 1100.00, after October 30, 2026

Cancellation Refunds and Fees:
* $USD 150.00 after September 18 until October 30, 2026
* No Refund, after October 30, 2026

Optional Session - 802.11 TGbn AdHoc: $USD 339.00
   * Wednesday November 4, 2026 to Friday November 6, 2026.
   * 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM in the Sala Thai Ballroom at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.
   * Registration required for all attendees who choose to participate.
   * In-Person and Virtual Participation Supported

Optional Item for Purchase
* Social Event Tickets: $USD 29.99 per ticket
   * Reception with local cuisine, beverage service and entertainment scheduled for Wednesday November 11, 2026 between 6:30 and 8:30 PM in the Sala Thai Ballroom at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.
   * Tickets are required for all attendees and their guests who choose to attend.
