[802-LMSC] +++LMSC review+++ A draft submission to European Commission's initiative on feedback for EU position for WRC-27

Dear IEEE 802 LMSC members,

I would like to request the review of the following draft IEEE 802 LMSC submission before asking the LMSC to consider approval of the submission during the IEEE 802 LMSC Telecon on 1st September 2026.

On 14th July 2026, the European Commission began an initiative for soliciting feedback on European Union's position on WRC-27.

A few individuals prepared a response to the Commission's initiative.  The submission was approved by IEEE 802.18 on 27th August 2026 with the following voting results: 9 Yes, 1 No, 2 Abstain.
