[802-LMSC] Executive Session to discuss Appeal of IEEE 802.15 WG Leadership decision

I am scheduling an Executive Session for 20 October, 2026 at noon PDT for 2 hours.
Invited individuals:
IEEE 802 LMSC (or Vice Chair if WG Chair is unable to attend)
IEEE SA Staff support (Jodi and Christy)
Appellants although they need to designate a single individual, if possible, to speak regarding the issue.
Other attendees (if they request access)Members of Superior Organizations (e.g., SA BOG)
Rough agenda:
1) Attendance, process, introductions
2) Presentation by the Appellant
3) Presentation by the IEEE 802.15 WG Chair
4) Rebuttal by Appellant
5) Rebuttal by IEEE 802.15 WG Chair
6) Apellant and IEEE 802 .15 WG Chair are excused from the meeting.
7) IEEE 802 LMSC deliberation
8) Determine IEEE 802 LMSC action/report out.
9) Adjourn
The above is subject to change, The IEEE 802 LMSC Vice Chairs will assist me in this process.
If any member of the IEEE 802 LMSC feels that they may have an appearance of the conflict of interest, please notify me.
