Dear IEEE 802 LMSC members, At the IEEE 802 LMSC teleconference meeting on 6 October 2026, conditional approval was granted to submit IEEE P802.3dj 200 Gb/s, 400 Gb/s, 800 Gb/s, and 1.6 Tb/s Ethernet to RevCom. The details are included in the attached report; in summary, the responses to IEEE 802 LMSC Operations Manual Clause 12, "Procedure for Conditional Approval to Forward a Draft Standard", are as follows. Based on these responses, IEEE P802.3dj will be submitted to RevCom. Best regards, David ----- a) The recirculation balloting is complete. The third recirculation ballot occurred in accordance with the schedule presented at the time of conditional approval. The fourth recirculation ballot is not required. b) The approval rate is 97%. There are no new DISAPPROVE votes. c) No changes have been made. d) No new valid DISAPPROVE comments on new issues were submitted. e) Three new invalid DISAPPROVE comments were submitted by an existing DISAPPROVE voter on new issues. These were determined to be invalid since they were not within the scope of the recirculation ballot.
