Colleagues,
Attached are two documents prepared by 802.18 dealing with Spectrum Policy and the matter of additional spectrum for unlicensed devices below 900 MHz and in the 3 GHz band. These documents are out on 5-day SEC approval ballot. I plan to approve these documents in my capacity as SEC member. Please let me know if you have any major concerns. I will submit my ballot on Friday, January 24th.
