stds-802-mobility: Please do not post to new lists yet


802.20 E-mail list subscribers,

Those of you that are subscribing to the new 80220 e-mail lists please do
not post to them until Tuesday May 27. Please wait until the chairs of the
correspondence groups have posted the first e-mail. I am hoping to have your
subscriptions approved by then. 

I am also establishing separate e-mail archives so that people that join
late can have access to previous e-mails.
