Gang, thank you for posting the minutes. I have a favor to ask you or Rao
to assist in using the minutes. Please number all of the motions. That
way, at the March meeting we can vote on accepting motions that were passed
at the interim, referencing them by their number designation in the minutes.
All, please read the minutes carefully, especially the motions that were
passed. If you have concerns about any of the motions that were passed in
January, please air those concerns on this reflector. At the March plenary
we will be voting on accepting the motions that were passed in January.
Reflector discussion now outlining any concerns you have with these motions
passed in January (without a quorum) will speed up the work of 802.20 by
decreasing the amount of meeting time needed to discuss the same issues.
Please note that only after the motions have been confirmed at the March
meeting do they become official 802.20 positions. If any motions are
modified prior to their confirmation, then the motions as modified will
become 802.20 positions.
