Thank you for the question. I think Jerry announced previously. We used to
have a WG Opening Plenary after the joint plenary. Since the content of our
plenary is almost the same as that in the joint one, we decided to not have
our own opening plenary again in order to save time. We believe this is also
the spirit to have a joint opening plenary. As a result, the attendance of the
joint plenary becomes mandatory because it is important. Thanks.
