Since you use the cover page for
contributions, I understand this is a contribution. In this case, thank you for
submitting the
contribution. Please let me know the
time you need and then we can assign a time slot for you.
If this is a proposal for agenda, I'd like
to explain as follows.
Although the meeting agenda of WG is
customarily prepared by the WG Chair (I believe you understand this
quite well), it can
be proposed by any member of assembly
according to the Robert's Rules of Order. However, since every member is able to
propose an agenda, it is hard to post
every proposed agenda in the Meeting Agenda column on the web. I
suggest that
everyone who disagrees with the final agenda
prepared by the WG chair should prepare an amendment. During the discussion
of
the agenda, please get the
floor and present
your amendment. Of course, everyone can make a motion to propose
a totaly
new agenda during that time. You can
send the proposed amendment or new proposal to the reflector. But these
amendments
and/or new proposals will not be posted on
the Web until they are approved.
