As you all recall, at the last plenary meeting
we could not allocate any time to discuss and advance the contribution entitled
"Liaison relationships with external organizations (Contribution #
C802.20-04/25)." Several of you
expressed interest in providing comments on and input to this contribution some
time ago. I am arranging two conference calls to review and identify potential
bodies that our working group should plan on establishing liaison relationships
to advance our objectives on issues of interest. Please send me your comments as soon as
