Dear EC Colleagues: In accordance with the 30 day rule, I'd like to notify you of a new 802.16 PAR (P802.16h) for consideration at the November Plenary Session: http://ieee802.org/16/docs/04/80216-04_56r1.pdf The Five Criteria are in the same file. This PAR was developed in 802.16's License-Exempt Coexistence Study Group. The topic is "Improved Coexistence Mechanisms for License-Exempt Operation" of 802.16 systems.
