[802-20-GENERAL:] 802.20 Updated Channel Models Version 7

All,
The Version 7 of the Channel Models document is posted in the Document Drop Box.  This version is based upon the Plenary agreements. An annotated and a clean version are posted.
 
This will be the version for discussion at the January Interim. Please refer questions to Qiang Guo, the editor who is copied.
