Subj:   Hyatt Regency Atlanta Room Reservation Problems and Invitation Letter Information

The March 2005 IEEE 802 LMSC Plenary Session will be held during the week of March 13 - 18, 2005 at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Hotel.

The Hyatt Regency Atlanta has only a small number of rooms available on Thursday, March 17, 2005, and is very close to being completely sold out on Friday, March 18, 2005.  You are strongly encouraged to book your hotel accommodations as soon as possible.  If you have a problem making your room reservation on the web, please call Hyatt Reservations at (800) 233-1234 (US Only) or (404) 557-1234 and let them know your dates of travel.  It is in the contract between IEEE 802 and the Hyatt Regency Atlanta that ANY standard room reserved at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta by an IEEE 802 attendee will get the group rate ($135).  Since it is possible the reservations agent will not know this, please book your reservation at the rates given and then send an e-mail to 802info@facetoface-events.com with your reservation details.  This information will be sent directly to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta reservations agent in charge of the IEEE 802 group reservations to make the necessary correctio!
