An update version of the evaluation criteria document: Ver. 13r1 and comments from Dan Gal on sections 1.2, 2 and 3 have been attached to this email.  These two documents will be discussed in the conference call later today. Please review the document and provide your comments and suggestions.

·   Traffic model mix (section 4.4, C802.20-04/85)

·   Handoff simulation (section 5.4/5.5, C802.20-05/10r1)

·   Fairness criteria/QoS criteria for various applications to be evaluated as in Table 11 for phase 2 evaluation (section 14/15):
