Based on the agreements from the meeting in Atlanta, the evaluation criteria (EC) status slides have been updated (C802.20-05/14r2). The EC document has also been updated to Version 15. Both documents can be found on the 802.20 web site. Thanks to Rao.
Major open issues that require further contributions / discussions:
1) Data rate for each of the test environments in the link budget section (option 4);
2) New section on QoS criteria (contributions 05/20, 05/22);
3) VoIP evaluation - no agreement has been reached on any of the proposed models (05/23);
4) System-level calibration has been part of phase 1 evaluation ever since the phased approach was proposed. During the discussion in Atlanta, there was a suggestion to move this step to: "Phase 0". Contributions are required on the details of this new "Phase 0", e.g., new text will be required to modify the phased approach description in the current EC document.
