[802-20-GENERAL:] 802.20 Mobility Contribution Update

Hi All,

 

As decided during the San Francisco meeting, I have made changes to the Mobility Section text in the Evaluation Criteria Document. The document with changes is attached. This is change marked from ver17_81005.
