I noticed that too. If you click on the table you will note that it is an excel spreadsheet and you can then slide the cell divider to see the complete text.

I agree this should be fixed next time around. 

I also suggest thst we keep qan updated list of voters on the web site as was done thru Sept 2004 on the “previous meetings” page.

I note that in the attendee list in the previous minutes (http://www.ieee802.org/20/WG_Docs/802.20-05-07.doc), the column titled “Participation Credit” is approximately 20 characters in width, yet holds only 2 or 3 characters (“NO” or “YES”).  I also note that the column for “Company/Association” is similarly sized, yet has numerous entries where the entered text overflows the column and is lost.

 

In the next publication of the minutes, I suggest cutting down the size of the credit column a bit and expanding the company/association column so that more of the companies/associations are completely readable.
