Attached please find our letter of support for the appeals filed today by
Kyocera and Motorola related to decisions of September 22nd regarding the
802.20 Technology Selection Process, Call for Proposals, and project
timeline.   We hope that these concerns will receive a fair hearing and that
appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that 802.20 has adequate time and
a viable process for selecting the technologies to be incorporated into a
future 802.20 standard.
