Dan,
I am assuming all the members will have reviewed the proposals, their compliance statements and supporting materials, therefore no need for a separate agenda review item. If a member has a question regarding the proposal compliance statement and table, then this should be addressed in the Questions and Answers for each proposal.
If the Q&A runs long then we may need to address an agenda adjustment as the session progress.
