Thanks, Jerry.
Your explanation does clarify it.

Hank, My apologize for replying so slow. I have been traveling and acquired a bad cold, so my emails are little backed up. Mr. Wasilewski did attend and get credit for the July Plenary session#15. He also received credit for the Sept. Interim #16 in Cal. though I did not list him in the physical attendance list. He attended the 802.18 session that week. 802.20 members receive reciprocal maintenance credit for attending 802.21, 802.19. and 802.18. I did not list him on the physical attendance for the Sept. Interim to avoid any confusion and issues regarding who was physically there. I wanted to avoid that confusion given an appeal is filed that has quorum and attendance as a key appeal point. I apologize for creating a different point of confusion. The reciprocal maintenance credit is announced at each session in the Chair's opening slides with the following bullet point: • 802.20 and 802.21 Grant Reciprocal Maintenance Attendance Credit in addition to .18 & .19, please state your home group when signing in
I hope this clarifies any questions. Regards, Jerry Upton Chair, IEEE 802.20
