Jim and All,

There are now two versions of the Draft in the Members Only area. The original version without Bookmarks and a version with only the Bookmarks added are both available.

You may choose which Draft document to use for your review.

It's cumbersome to navigate around in an 800-page document without
Acrobat bookmarks or links from the table of contents that Word provides.
