Dear Jerry,
I am a bit surprised by the fact that the
agenda of 802.20 terminates on Tuesday. Since the ballot closes on Wednesday, I
believe that Thursday (which is still within the IEEE802 plenary meeting date
range) should be spent on discussing the outcome of the ballot, its implications
and planning of next steps. Even if the outcome of this ballot would have been
known in advance (which I assume is not) it would still be more appropriate to
take actions related to the ballot outcome after the ballot, not
before.
My recommendation would, therefore
be:
1) add to the agenda (on Thursday) the topic
of actions and planning related to the ballot outcome
2) schedule meetings for the whole week, and
if you run out of work, take the Tuesday and Wednesday off.
