Please find attached the contributions C802.20-06/13, 06/14 and 06/15.
Contribution C802.20-06/13 is drafted by a few of us who would like to assist the 802.20 working group to streamline the process of letter ballot comment resolution, by providing a few guidelines for the process. We welcome additional suggestions from the working group to further refine the process. Please free feel to email us (the contributors) any related comments.
Contribution C802.20-06/14 lists further questions regarding the MBTDD/MBFDD technology, including the previous list that has been submitted in the contribution for the meeting in January: C802.20-06/10r2. Unfortunately, these proposals are now in letter ballot stage, despite the list of unaddressed questions. Thus, we would like to have some answers to these questions to help us understand the proposed technology, its actual performance and feasibility, as soon as possible.
Contribution C802.20-06/15 will include further responses from the WG meeting participants who have identified major issues in the MBFDD/MBTDD proposals. The responses from the proponents were posted together with the January meeting minutes, late last week. This contribution will contain our further responses, as we review the proponents’ responses to determine if the issues have been adequately addressed.
