Dear Jose,
The election day and time are stated in the Working Gorup P&P. Therefore I cannot change the election procedure. Any change in the P&P would not ake affect until the next Plenary.
Therefore the election day and time and the election process stands per the P&P.

There are tutorials on Monday evening from 6:30-9:30pm. So is it possible to modify the agenda and have the elections on Tuesday morning instead. I'm sure this will help those who plan to go to the tutorials.
