Secretary and Chair of 802.20,

Attached, please find the text of the two motions raised during the Mon PM2 of Session 19. Please capture them in the minutes and facilitate for allocation of time for Motion 1 first thing in the morning of Tue session (as you stated during Monday PM2 session) since it was not discussed.

Also, please capture in the minutes that "the motions was raised during the Monday PM2 session at 4:50 PM after the last agenda item".

This email is sent to the 802.20 WG as well for consideration.
