Jerry - as I mentioned yesterday, towards the end of the 802.20 meeting, I've noted sections from the QC/Kyocera proposal, voted out to letter ballot, to have text that bears a striking resemblance to 3GPP2 C.S0063.
You had requested specifics and I agreed to provide a few examples.
A couple of notes:
1) I'm not in the Letter Ballot pool, so am using the MBFDD & MBTDD proposal (http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/20/Contribs/C802.20-06-04.pdf) that was approved and voted out to Letter Ballot.
2) The 3GPP2 document is publicly available at:

3) My intent is to point out some sections that are strikingly similar and request the chair and proponents to investigate. There may be valid reasons for this similarity. No accusations are being made, this is simply a request to investigate - which you may choose to decline. It is important to investigate and avoid any potential embarrassment on the IEEE.

These are only a few examples. In general, much of the text from the QC/Kyocera proposal, section 3.3 seems to bear strikingly similarities with the 3GPP2 spec C.S0063.
