Guest room reservations and web pre-registration are now available !!!

The July 2006 IEEE 802 LMSC Plenary Session will be held during the week of July 16-21, 2006.  

All 802 Working Groups will be meeting at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, along with all tutorials, call for interest, and SEC meetings.  With plenty of excellent restaurants, shopping, cultural exhibits, attractions, and nightlife in the area, San Diego is an excellent venue for IEEE 802.  The Manchester Grand Hyatt is located downtown on San Diego Bay, and just five minutes from the San Diego International Airport.

IEEE 802 Group Rate:  $199.00US  Single or Double occupancy per night plus taxes (10.5%).

Please note:  We have had some difficulty with the IEEE 802 guest room block allocation due to the city-wide event during our meeting dates, but we will have these problems fixed shortly.  Please do not give up if the reservation you want does not come through on your first try.  If you require your room thru the end of the week, please book your reservation for the core nights (Sun-Thu) now and we will be sending another memo to all informing you when there are more rooms available at the end of the meeting week (Fri, Sat).

Please pre register now and save $100.00US.  The web pre-registration fee is $400.00US if you web register by 6pm PDT, Friday, June 30, 2006, thereafter the registration fee is $500.00US.  
These fees cover your Continental Breakfast, Coffee Breaks, Wednesday Evening Social, AV & Network Services, and other related meeting services.  

Any individual who attends any part of a meeting that is a scheduled part of an 802 Plenary Session must register for the full session and pay the current registration fee.
