The below are the results of the recirculation ballot - - Letter Ballot 2. Two "No" votes were converted to "Yes" through comment resolution and four additional people voted.

64 Yes, 12 No, and 1 Abstain
Affirmative Ratio: 64/76, 84.2%
Return Rate: 77/79, 97.5%

The Comments received with this ballot are posted in the members only area of the web site at http://www.ieee802.org/20/private/LB2_Comment_Repository_S1a.xls
