Dear EC members and 802.20 WG members,

In order to meet the directive announced by the IEEE SA Standards Board on 19SEP2006 (http://standards.ieee.org/announcements/IEEESASB802.20Report.pdf) 11 IEEE 802 LMSC Executive Committee members were determined to be non-conflicted with respect to 802.20 WG matters as per the attached document.
