[802-20-GENERAL:] Affiliations


Everyone,

Attached is a PDF containing the affiliations that were received.

Please check whether your information is included, especially if you
submitted the form during the November Plenary (rather than before). Don't
forget that those who did not submit affiliations will not receive
attendance credit for the November meeting.

Please send your changes directly to me at y.hosang@ieee.org (not to the
reflector).
