All,

The September 2007 IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session will be held at the Hilton Waikoloa Village (On Hawaii?s Big Island), Waikoloa, Hawaii, USA during the week of September 16-21, 2007.

Please some important dates for booking your hotel room and savings for your registration fee.

 

IEEE Hotel Room Rates:

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL RATE
$179.00US single/double occupancy per night plus taxes.
You must book your guest room reservation by July 31, 2007. 
AFTER JULY 31, 2007 GROUP RATE
$210.00US single/double occupancy per night plus taxes. 
 

The Registration Fee for this session is:

$650.00US Before 6pm Pacific Time (PT), Friday, August 3, 2007 (UTC Time: 1am Saturday, August 4, 2007) 
$850.00US After August 3, 2007 and before 6pm Pacific Time (PT), Friday September 7, 2007 (UTC Time: 1am Saturday, September 8, 2007) 
$1000.00US After September 7, 2007.
