I am forwardingthis notice by Bob O'hara regarding the supporting documentation that will be required for those members of 802.20 that are going to be candidates for office for any of the three positions that are open. Please have the necessary documents E-mailed to me if you are intending to be a candidate.

Folks,
This plenary is a chair election plenary. Each of the WG chairs and
vice chairs, as well as those in EC appointed positions, will be
required to submit both a letter stating their affiliation and a second
letter indicating support from their employers for the full two-year
term of office. If there are contested elections in your WG, please
advise all of the candidates to prepare by doing the same.
Please email copies of those letters to me and also bring an original
hard copy to the plenary session. Thank you!
