The Missing Memo !!!

Dear Colleagues: Apparently the explanatory memo of what to do with the agenda which Howard sent out didn't get sent at the same time. No wonder we were all confused! I'm enclosing the text of that memo to further enlighten you on the tentative agenda which you have already received.

DATE:	Monday, September 13, 1999
ATTN:	IEEE 802 Working Group Chairs
SUBJ:	IEEE 802 LMSC November Plenary - Meeting Arrangements

We are currently working on the agenda for the upcoming November Plenary meeting in Koloa, Hawaii and would like to request your meeting room requirements and specifications. We have attached a copy of the draft meeting agenda for the Kauai meeting.

Please review and forward your November requirements to: <> by: Wednesday, September 22, 1999. If you do not respond by this date, your arrangements will default to the same as stated as on this draft agenda attached. Be sure to indicate those meetings for which you will require use of an LCD projector, so we can attempt to make a fair allocation of our limited resources.

At this time, we have received several tutorial requests. Please forward all tutorial information to confirm that your request as been received and approved. We will be forwarding to you later this month, the new Official Tutorial Request form for your files. In addition, please forward any additional request(s) for any other special meetings (ie. Study groups, sub-committee meetings, and so on).

Please send an email message to your working group reflector, reminding all potential 802 attendees to pre-register for the meeting and to book their hotel reservations ASAP!

We appreciate your assistance and support.

Thank you.
