Press Release Drafts should be approved by WG, WG Chair and SEC. Note the
word "Drafts", since normally press releases get edited along the way.
(4) Press release drafts should be approved by the SEC (meeting or Email
Ballot). The WG should normally also approve a press release, although in
some cases this cannot be done in a timely fashion, and in such cases, the
SEC decision will prevail.
After SEC approves press release, I forward to Computer Society and IEEE-SA
Staff for final rewrite.
