The SEC neglected to appoint a SG chair when we formed the Coexistence SG in
March. This is an SEC email ballot to appoint Jim Lansford as the chair the
SEC study group on coexistence, moved by Bob Heile, seconded by Stuart
Kerry. See the below motion.
The email ballot opens on Thursday May 9th 10AM EDT and closes Friday May
17th 9AM EDT.
